This timeless floor plan got a modern update in our newest home project with Overstreet Builders in Naperville, IL.  A new modern look for a tried-and-true layout by this luxury home builder is highlighted with updated finishes and color palette.  Popular new features like an outdoor living space and a working pantry were incorporated into the plan.  One of the main highlights is the master suite, complete with walk in wet room shower and tub area.  Furnishings were selected to have a clean modern edge and neutral palette accented with soft green undertones.
